All appointments at Victoria Medical Centre are triaged by an Advance Clinical Practitioner. 

A triage form must be completed for appointment requests with the GP or ACP. 

We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

If you are unable to complete the online triage, please contact the surgery on 01226 282758 and one of our friendly patient co-ordinators can do this on your behalf.

Failure to attend appointments without cancelling them will lead to your attendance being monitored. Victoria Medical Centre reserve the right to remove any patients abusing the appointment system by repeatedly missing appointments
